What is the minimum duration of the contract?
No! That is the beauty of SwiftBike, you simply start a subscription and we give you your very own bike that always works!
No problem, we will help you fill a police report and replace the bike according to bike replacement policy.
Just give us a call, shoot us a text, or snap a picture of your broken bike and we will have you up and riding within 24hrs!
Absolutely nothing! If you are heading out of town for summer break or just on exchange let us know and you won't be charged anytime you don't use it!
